1.What is your MOQ ?
Due to the heavy weight of glassware products, we suggest customers to order as much as what a whole container can be loaded to save the cost on freight. for example, one 20GP container can load around 700 cartons.
Customize orders such as OEM or ODM usually require the MOQ of more than 50,000-100,000 Piece. Some post-processing orders may require less.
2.How long is the product lead time?
For the stock products, we are capable of express shipping within 7 days.For customize orders, It usually takes approximately 45-60 days.
3.How long is the delivery time?
It really depends on the logistics way (Air, Sea, Land) you choose and the effectiveness of logistics service providers.
4.Do you provide samples?
Samples can be provided upon request. Customers need to pay the freight of samples.
5.What is your payment term?
The payment term we prefer are T/T (30% Deposit and 70% Balance against B/L Copy). and L/C.
