Zibo Great Sailing Light Industrial Products Co., Ltd. (ZGS Glass) was founded in 2004 in Zibo, Shandong. We manufacture custom glassware for brand owners, retailers, and hospitality groups in 62 countries. Our product categories include glass jars & storage, drinkware, barware, vases & home decor, perfume & cosmetic packaging, tableware & kitchenware, and garden & outdoor glassware.
OEM and ODM projects run through a single production system using lead-free, high-white glass. Our factory is BSCI-audited, and products are tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards. We customize shape, capacity, and decoration, from a label refresh to a fully bespoke mold.
Production runs across 16 lines and outputs 1,200,000 pieces a day. One line is dedicated to recycled glass, which remelts crushed cullet into new glassware.
Every order ships with per-lot inspection reports, and a dedicated account manager covers each account end to end. Inquiries receive a reply within 24 hours.

Design Capability
40 in-house designers and engineers under the IPD system. Custom shape, capacity, color, and decoration on one mold line. 2 to 3 new items every week, sent in PPT format.

Standard samples ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom samples take 7 to 10 business days, with a 3D render in 48 hours. Bulk production runs 30 to 60 days, with 2 hours to Qingdao port for predictable sailing dates.

Environmental Stewardship
Cullet from our own production returns to the furnace, and process water recirculates in a closed loop. A dedicated recycled-glass line takes cullet as its raw material, turning recovered glass into new ware instead of waste.

Community Giving
