Custom and bulk glass drinkware for cafes, hotels, and home entertaining, made by ZGS Glass. Drinkware takes the same factory lines as our jars: lead-free high-white glass, food-contact tested, decoration on one mold. We make ten lines under this category, from beverage dispensers to matcha bowls. Each line can be custom-molded in capacity and shape, with matched spigots, lids, or stoppers, and decoration that runs across the whole line. Send us the volume and contents. We spec the glass and decoration, and deliver a physical sample in 7 to 10 business days. Bulk production runs 30 to 60 days.

Drinkware-Specific Lines
Drinkware uses thinner walls than jars, with different annealing curves. We run ten drinkware lines on production paths purpose-built for the wall thickness and stress tolerance that hot and cold drinks need.
Spigot and Lid Assembly
Beverage dispensers, carafes, and lidded cups need a closure that seals without leaking and disassembles for cleaning. We assemble the spigot or lid in the same factory, so the joint is checked before ship.
Glass Types for Hot and Cold
Soda-lime for cold drinks, borosilicate for boiling water and thermal shock. Both lead-free and high-white. We pick the glass to the contents, not the other way around.

Q: Are your dispensers leak-proof, and how is the spigot assembled?
A: The spigot is assembled in our factory, not at the customer end. Plastic spigots are food-grade ABS or PP with silicone gaskets; stainless and chrome-plated brass are spec for higher-end lines. Every dispenser is leak-tested under water for one minute before pack. Match the spigot to the contents: cold water and juice use plastic; coffee and tea need stainless to handle thermal cycling.
Q: Can the drinkware go in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven?
A: Borosilicate drinkware: dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Soda-lime drinkware: dishwasher safe, but not for direct heat. Spouted dispensers and lidded carafes: top rack only, with spigot and lid removed before the wash. Decorated pieces (spray color, decal): hand wash to protect the finish. We test seals through 100 dishwasher cycles before the line ships.
Q: Do you ship drinkware in retail sets, and how do you pack gift boxes?
A: Yes. Pitcher plus tumblers, carafe plus glasses, dispenser plus cups, and matcha bowl plus whisk are common bundles. Sets are packed in plain brown boxes by default; custom printed retail boxes need a 5,000-set minimum. We do not do single-piece gift wrapping, but we ship flat-packed sets for your fulfillment house to assemble. Each piece wraps in tissue, separated by cardboard dividers, with foam buffering for international freight.
Q: What is your MOQ on drinkware?
A: 1,000 pieces for stock shapes. Custom molds run at their own minimum, typically 50,000 pieces, negotiable on the design. Small trial orders are welcome before you commit to a full container. We do not split containers below 5,000 pieces of stock, but we can hold and ship small drops for the first three months of a new line.
