Q: How is frosted glass kept consistent across batches?

A: Frosting is controlled by acid bath time and glass composition, both logged per run. We keep a retained reference from your approved batch and compare each new lot against it under the same light. Delta readings outside the agreed range trigger a rework before packing.

Q: Can you develop a custom bottle shape for a launch?

A: Yes. We work from your 3D file or a hand sketch, review wall thickness and neck load, then quote tooling. Sampling runs 7 to 10 business days after the mold is cut. Launch quantities can follow fast once the physical sample is approved.

Q: What compliance files do you provide?

A: BSCI certification is held at our plant, and the audit record covers IKEA, Walmart, Target, Disney, and Costco. Glass composition and food or skin contact documentation is available per batch on request. Compliance files are compiled during onboarding so your regulatory review moves quickly.

Q: What terms apply to a bottle development program?

A: Tooling is quoted and paid ahead of mold work, then piece price runs 30 percent deposit with balance against shipping documents. We accept bank transfer. Programs that phase sizes can stagger payments by release, and terms are confirmed in writing in the quote.
