Result: lead and cadmium were not detected in any of 4 parallel trials, below the method detection limit of 0.05 mg/L for lead and 0.010 mg/L for cadmium, against category 2 limits of 4.0 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L. Overall rating: Satisfactory.

German LFGB Compliance, Perfect Sensory Score
A glass tumbler (model ZGS250414) was tested by UONE Test Co. against the German LFGB standard and the same EU directive. All three tests passed, and the sensory panel scored the glass at grade 0 for odour and grade 0 for taste, the top of the scale, where the limit is 2.5.
