Tableware-Specific Production Lines

Tableware uses different thermal profiles than jars, with different annealing curves. We run four kitchen lines on production paths purpose-built for the wall thickness and shock tolerance that oven-to-freezer and commercial dishwashing require.

Tempered Rims and Edges

Heavy-use lines get tempered rims for chip resistance. Plates, bowls, and serveware drop-tested on a 1 meter fall before pack. The rim is the failure point on a plate. We harden it.

Glass Types for Kitchen Use

Borosilicate for bakeware and thermal shock. Soda-lime for room-temp serveware. Both lead-free and food-contact tested. We pick the glass to the use.

Q: Are your tableware and bakeware food-contact safe?

A: All tableware is soda-lime or borosilicate, both lead-free. Tested to EU 84/500/EEC and LFGB food-contact standard. Borosilicate bakeware holds up to 300 degrees C and minus 40 degrees C without cracking.

Q: Can the bakeware go in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, or freezer?

A: Borosilicate bakeware: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe. Soda-lime tableware: dishwasher and microwave safe, but not for direct heat. We recommend oven preheat before putting borosilicate in. Decorated pieces (spray color, decal): hand wash to protect the finish.

Q: Do you ship tableware in retail sets, and how do you pack gift boxes?

A: Yes. Plate plus bowl sets of 4, bakeware with lid bundles, and table service sets of 6 are common. Sets are packed in plain brown boxes by default; custom printed retail boxes need a 3,000-set minimum. Each piece wraps in tissue, separated by cardboard dividers, with foam buffering for international freight.

Q: What is your MOQ on tableware and kitchenware?

A: At least 1,000 pieces, depending on the production route. The MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 pieces across our decoration, mold, and capacity options. Send us your spec and we quote the MOQ that fits your line.
