A: Yes. Sets pack in printed boxes with foam or pulp separators between each plate, and bulk catering formats run in plain divided cartons. Both can ship in one order. Your dieline sets the box art, and we drop test before release.

A: First orders run 30 percent deposit with balance against documents. Bank transfer is the default route, and standing programs can negotiate schedules. Mixed plate and tray programs can invoice as one shipment to simplify settlement. Terms are confirmed in the written quote.
