Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 1,000 pieces for standard products from our catalog. For a fully custom shape, MOQ depends on the mold but typically starts at 3,000 to 10,000 pieces. Tell us what you are after and we will give you an honest answer.
Q: How long does sampling take?
A: 7 to 10 business days for standard products. Custom samples with new molds or new colors take 2 to 3 weeks. We send photos and videos before shipping the sample to you.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: 30 to 60 days after deposit, depending on quantity, decoration (spray color, silk print, laser engraving, hot stamping, decal), and packaging. A firm date is given once the order is confirmed and tooling is ready.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: We currently ship to 62 countries. We are 2 hours by road from Qingdao port, and we can also arrange air freight from Jinan or Shanghai. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm the route and freight cost.
Q: Do you have certificates for my market?
A: We hold EU 84/500/EEC and LFGB test reports (lead and cadmium not detected), amfori BSCI social audit (valid through June 2027), and we work with IKEA, Walmart, Target, Disney and Costco. For FDA or other specific markets, we commission a fresh test in your company name before shipment. See our full certificate list.
