Q: How do you match bar top pourers to neck finishes?

A: We grind necks to the stated finish tolerance and check each pourer fit on a sample set before the run. Cork finishes get a neck bore gauge check, and GPI finishes test against standard caps. Send your closure supplier specs and we verify the match on our side.

Q: Can you run short custom colors for limited editions?

A: Yes. We run custom glass colors in small batches, from soft ambers to deep dead leaf greens. Color is matched against your reference or a Pantone chip, and we send a melted glass sample before the full run. Short color runs cost more per piece, quoted up front.

Q: Can you ship spirits bottles worldwide?

A: Yes. We export to 62 countries with full documentation, including certificates of origin. Bottles travel in cartons rated for the glass weight, with pallet plans that protect neck finishes. Our location two hours from Qingdao port keeps connections open for booked sailings.

Q: Do you hold the audits spirit brands require?

A: Yes. BSCI certification is current, and we have passed audits for IKEA, Walmart, Target, Disney, and Costco. Food contact compliance documentation for the glass is available on request. Your QA team can review the reports during supplier onboarding. Audit windows are planned ahead so production is not interrupted.

Q: What payment terms apply to bottle programs?

A: Standard flow is 30 percent deposit with the balance against shipping documents. Bank transfer is default, and terms can flex for established programs. Bottle tooling is quoted separately from piece price so finance sees the full cost at once. Tell us your policy and we align.
