Glass Bird Feeders & Bird Baths

A: Bath formats for cold markets cycle through controlled freeze thaw testing before release, and thick wall sections carry the stress. A care card tells end buyers to drain baths before hard freezes, since standing ice stresses any glass. Test notes ship with your sample set.

A: As a rule, each feeding port supports about 100 ml of nectar before refills get annoying. A 2 port feeder runs 200 ml to 250 ml, 4 ports run 400 ml to 500 ml, and 6 port formats hold 600 ml and up. Bigger tanks sell convenience; smaller tanks sell freshness rotation.

A: After sample approval, production takes 30 to 60 days. Multi part assembly, including mounts and hardware, adds a short finishing window inside that schedule. Spring programs should book winter capacity, and our 1.2 million piece daily output keeps large seasonal runs on track.

A: Certification includes BSCI, and the audit trail lists IKEA, Walmart, Target, Disney, and Costco. Reports are available for your supplier file, and program paperwork can cite the same factory registration. Audit scheduling never blocks a booked run. Food contact files cover feeder glass on request.

A: Standard terms are 30 percent deposit with the balance against shipping documents, by bank transfer. Gift and seasonal programs can stage payments across releases once the first order completes. Every quote states terms in writing before you commit. Share your purchasing policy and we match it.
